They were beyond amazing, from the start of the first free estimate, oh yeah did I forget to say the estimate was free! To the beginning and end of the project they were very informative and their attention to detail and helping the customer surpasses any other company I have ever worked with in relation to fixing things in my home. Their price was unbelievable and they were truthful in everything they said to me. They started to work on my foundation Monday May 20th 2024 and were done in just 3 days. Not only that while working on doing the hole to put the post in back side of my house close to the restroom Mr. Ignacio the project manager informed me that I had broken pipes under the house and those needed to be repair in other for the lifetime warranty on my foundation to be honor at a later future if needed. He said I should call Mr Ferris Fanning who is the gentleman that came in and did my estimate and explained everything to me about what was wrong with my house and how it would be fixed which I did. He said that he would talk to Mr Ignacio and that they would fix the broken pipes. Little that I know that 20 minutes later the owner of the company Rebekah Yanase would be at my house to see about the broken pipes and making sire that did a good job at fixing eve. I mean if this isn’t great customer service I don’t know what it is!!!!. Mr Ignacio and his crew went above and beyond their way and fix them right there and there so I didn’t have to call another plumber. Mr Ignacio dig a 10ft tunnel under my house beneath the restroom and replaced 2 broken pipes. I have a concrete patio on the side of my house and it had to be broken in order to put 6 beams along the side of the house. They broke the concrete then repaired it to where it doesn’t even look like they did anything other than by the different color concrete because is newer than the one I had and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would most definitely recommend Sage Fx Foundation and Construction to anyone that needs any kind of foundation or construction work on their homes. I have been telling all my friends and family about the great work they did at my place and how professional they were. If I ever need anything else done construction wise I will call SageFx to do it no doubt about it and will definitely ask for Mr Ignacio and his crew to perform the job. From the bottom of my heart I just want to say thank you to Mrs Rebekah Yanase, Mr. Ferris Fanning, and to Mr. Ignacio and his crew for the awesome work they did at my house and being my support when I was super stressed out about the foundation and plumbing problems.
